Do you (or your health insurance broker) have a budget for incentives?
- Raffles, gift cards, swag, paid time off, certificates and “bragging rights” are all great motivators! You can make it a friendly competition by granting raffle entries for attendance/course completions, offering door prizes, or contributing to HSAs for highly engaged employees.
What unique ways can you communicate with your employees?
